    Post Workout Meal

    hello, just wondering what's the best post workout meal recommended by experience if i were to spend approx. 1 hr at the gym. Like how many grams of carbs is essential.

    Well, please advice base on your experience

    im far from an expert, ie big cat, big red, dorian, etc would know alot more, but from what i here its generally 75 grams simple carbs, and i know i take about 50 grams protein

    I'd agree with Buff thats sounds like a perfect ratio, try to hav eit in a shake form right after working out. Follow the shake with a meal or chicken, steack, tuna, etc. and potats or rice. This is also a good time to take your L-Glut or creatine

    what buff daddy said is about right, but I also consume another meal about 1 hour afterwards my post workout shake. But this time I consume more in the line of 50 50. it all depends on the person some guys can handle more some less.
