How are my legs
Stats:
Age: 18
Weight: 164
Height: 5' 11"
Years lifting: about 4
-I have a really short upper body and long legs. (bad genetics). Im finally getting some progress in my legs. My calves still suck though.

First you have remarkable definition (well above average) and the mass is very good for your long legs. Keep hitting them hard and get a good protein intake.

Have you tried hitting legs twice a week? I have a short torso/ long legs and it helped me greatly with the growth of my quads. Strength increased ten fold as well.
Also don't say that you have bad genetics, people like us with shorter torso's and longer legs can run really fast and jump high, just look at Olympic sprinters. So there's an advantage right there.

Yea I always hit legs twice a week! Thanks for the advice though

Haha in some cases. It's weird when there is180lb guys a lot smaller than me though

I do PHAT routine so on
Heavy Days: Squats, Front Squats, Leg Extension, SLDL, Leg Curl, and
Hypertrophy Days: Speed Squats, Front Squats, Leg Press, Leg Extension, SLDL or Sumo DL, Lunges, Leg Curl, and calves
