    Build a program

    Hi
    This is my first post so first off hi all
    My question is how do I add exercises to my workout I set up a program just a test one to see how to use the website but wanted to ADD certain exercises to the program, not really sure what I'm doing really...LOL
    can anyone help please

    well i want to start a kettlebell routine but I want to edit a workout its offering me ie take some exercises out and add some other ones to make it more for me

    Why do you want to start a kettlebell workout and not a barbell workout?

    What I would do is take the original kettlebell workout, keep what I wanted, and then subtract out what I didn't want. Additionally, I would then add in movements that I liked that were not in the original program.

    Voila! My own program.
