Hello
how is everything ?
First of all excuse my English not that good
im overweight .. i have Started my lose weight process and i have lost almost13 kg
i train 1 hour of cardio
and half hour with iron machine ( Idk if it's the correct expression ) 2 day upper and 2 day lower
but idont know what the right workout for both upper and lower and for me as overweight and as beginner ?
can u help me with plan or the right workout or every work out is good ?
and another problem .. i have alot of chest fat and this embarrassing for men
can u help me with the right workout and plan or anything to lose them ?
