Does those last 10 lbs make a huge difference on how you look?
So, I'm 10 lbs far from my goal weight, I can see some shoulder cuts or definition but my chest and gut are kinda same. So I am wondering if now most of those 10 lbs will come of my chest and stomach and I can see some definition there. I am losing fat from these areas but it's just not that noticable.
Has anyone experienced this before?
I'd imagine it would. I see fat loss as exponential, a huge guy losing a lot of weight won't notice too much of a change, aesthetically, and the closer you are to goal weight, aside from it being harder to get rid off, the last few pounds are just enough to get your muscles exposed.
When people are doubting you, when people are badgering you to get tanked every weekend, when people claim you're boring, just remember you're doing this for you. No one else. If people are too narrow minded to acknowledge your sacrifice, your blood, sweat and tears, your hard work and your happiness to better yourself as a person, they aren't worth it. Simple as that.
So your goal weight is 153 lbs at 6'0"? Even at 163 lbs, you should see a significant amount of striations/cuts on your body.
Well, sorry for misunderstandings but those stats are 1 year old and right now I am 170 lbs at 18% bf. I am not cutting for 10% bf, my goal bf is 13-14% and my deficit is around 300 so I can get those newbie gains to improve how I look. I've been working out from last dec. and hoping to get 13-14% in 3 months.

I am not cutting for 10% bf, my goal bf is 13-14% and my deficit is around 300 so I can get those newbie gains to improve how I look. I've been working out from last dec. and hoping to get 13-14% in 3 months.
At a 300 cal/day deficit you could easily not get anywhere if you miscalculated your maintenance. Please read my post above about why you should bulk.

I've already seen that vedio, but I am not at 15% thats why I am cutting. Once I reach at 14-15%, I'll start clean bulk. Love handles are not problem, I just want flat chest to start my bulk. I don't why it's pointy and nipples are puffy to make it worse. And I am on 5:2 IF, thats why deficit is 300. I eat less than 600 calories on 2 fasting days and make sure to eat 300 deficit on non fasting days. Can you tell me if I can lose those man boobs at 14-15%.

You don't need to be 15% necessarily. If you can lose the last 10, good for you. Just giving my advice.
