    problem with chest.. got pic

    hello i got problem with chest 1 got a bit shape and no other one not its like i train on chest only!! geneticts or training what is the problem and how i fix it??

    the 2st is a bit older but u can see it started since i took it

    Doesn't look much different to me, but if you think that there is a difference, stop using the barbell, use dumbbells, it's what I did and my chest has developed heaps since.

    I've had this problem too, and i think its a training problem. I know when i use the barbell, my dominant side is doing most of the work, and I needed to focus using my weaker side in order to balance it out. Dumbbells will definitely help with that.

    Keep getting stronger at benching either dumbbells or the barbell, you can't be big without being strong as a natural lifter. Also, eat at a surplus

    but its look like i worked on 1 chest only how it can balance if the other one has about nothing muscle
