hello i got problem with chest 1 got a bit shape and no other one not its like i train on chest only!! geneticts or training what is the problem and how i fix it??

Doesn't look much different to me, but if you think that there is a difference, stop using the barbell, use dumbbells, it's what I did and my chest has developed heaps since.

I've had this problem too, and i think its a training problem. I know when i use the barbell, my dominant side is doing most of the work, and I needed to focus using my weaker side in order to balance it out. Dumbbells will definitely help with that.

but its look like i worked on 1 chest only how it can balance if the other one has about nothing muscle
