    2months of bulking progress

I started bulking maybe in December..? I didn't go to the gym during christmas time so for like 10 days
after that, I hit the gym hard

    I started at 160lbs now i am at 170lb
what do you guys think of the progress? Am I not eating enough? Or gaining too much fat? I dont think I am getting big enough :S

I am thinking of bulking till 180lbs..then cut down...?

Hey, i can tell a difference in the pics, ive only been going 2 n a bit months too and gained 9lbs, im no expert but i think any more than 4 lbs a month would be most likely be fat anyway, also how comes you are training back 3 times a week?

I see a bit of a change, but as stated by Kratistos, you definitely need to get a better routine. Check out the Workout Programs forum and grab yourself a beginner/novice routine.

You need to be hitting: Legs, Back, Shoulders, Chest, Biceps, Triceps, and abs. I wouldn't recommend training your back 3x a week. Your routine needs work. Focus on 3-4 sets per muscle group.

10 x 30 LB dumbbell lateral raises and 50 pound DB shoulder presses two months into your first bulk? Maybe I'm just weak.
