I have always been strongly right-handed all my life and now have about a 3/4 inch difference in the size of my arms because of this.
What would be the best way to go about fixing this? Do I add a day solely for my left arm on top of my weekly bi/tri training spaced 3 or so days apart?
Or should I just add extra sets for my left arm on my normal bi/tri days?
Any advice is appreciated
