Hey, guys. I'm competing at Arnold in 2 weeks. Bikini devision. Cutting carbs and fruits. Cut all dierry 3 weeks ago. Was wondering if I still can do protein shakes, or it's better to cut them too?

It's completely individual. The only thing I've ever cut out is dairy and diet soda on Wed during peak week.
That's it, everything else stays.
