1 Month Progress Am I Doing Good?
This is my 1 month of progress. I don't really need motivation per say, I just wanna know how I'm doing.
Before: 147lbs.

After (1 Month): 145lbs.

I know it's different lighting, and the scale is in a completely different house so that might play a part, but I'm living in a new house now and can't help it.

Goal stats: 145lbs 8% BF

I see some improvement. Keep working at it. It's just been a month, so you won't see a lot of changes yet.

Your question is too vague. How are you doing at what? Increased muscle mass? Fat loss? If it's muscle mass, I don't see improvement there. Fat loss? Yeah, it looks like you are showing some solid progress there. I do think that at just 144 pounds, you would be much happier with the way you look if you aimed for some lean gains.
Current goal: Cut down to 165 while increasing bench press to 300 by 6/30/2013. So close, I can feel it.

agree give it 6 months then we can talk but so far i see some improvements

It looks like youve lost some fat, keep going at it and update us every 3 or 6 months with your photos
