This is my first post so go easy Not sure if I should bulk or cut. I'm 23, 6 feet, around 185-190 pounds. I've gained a lot of strength and lost fat from when I started. Couldn't even do a chin-up, now I can do about 8-10.
My diet right now is pretty clean. Whole wheat bread/cereal, almonds, fruits, vegetables, lean chicken/fish/beef, natural peanut butter, cottage cheese, yogurt, milk.
What are your guys thoughts? Thanks. Love this site!
