Those plastic attachments, not sure what they are called, but they more evenly distribute the weight on your shoulders and make it so you don't have the bar digging hard into your shoulders. What are your opinions on it? I heard it's for weaklings but at the same time, it generally allows you to lift more weight (because the bar isn't hurting you) and not damage your shoulders. So isn't it the smart thing to do? (I'm a little biased since I've done it with and without the support and I find the attachment much more comfortable)
Edit: They are called Manta-Ray Squat attachments lol

Well, if you're interested in powerlifting then there's no point to them since you won't have access to them at meets. If you're just lifting/bodybuilding I see nothing wrong with them. Yeah, you'll look like a giant pussy but hey, whatever as long as you're lifting.

deadlift:385
squat: 335

Surprised at how many people find this acceptable. Dont use it. Your back will get used to the bar after a few weeks. The pads are stupid and your body will adapt to the bar.
Bench Press - 225x18 // 275x8 // 330x1
Squat - 385x7 // 445x1
Overhead Press - 135x20 // 225x1
Deadlift - 385x11
