Hello everyone. I just started my westside barbell routine and so far i love it...i think i will really benefit from it. The program i'm on has my schedule like this:
Sun.-Dynamic effort bench
Mon.- Max effort squat
Tue.-OFF
Wed.-Max effort bench
Thu.-OFF
Fri.-Dynamic effort squat
Sat.-OFF
My question is, is it ok if i instead i workout every other day instead of following this, that way i will have a day off between dynamic bench and max squat to? I feel like i would perform better this way. Will that extra day effect results? Thank you.
