I managed to sprain my wrist either shoveling snow or working the snow blower last weekend. It seems to be either a grade 1 or 2, so I wrap it during the day and ice it when I'm home in the evening. I see some improvement already.
I'm overdue for a deload so I formally started it yesterday, going about 50-60% of what I usually do. Nothing really hurts it since I really don't do much that bends my hand back too much. Picking up some KT tape tomorrow and will be wearing that as well.

That really sucks. I hate when non-lifting stuff interferes with lifting.
Took my son tobogganing last weekend and he insisted I go down the hill too. All I could think of was "I'm gonna hurt myself and ruin my training".
Went down the hill anyway, banged up both elbows, but he thought it was great and it hasn't affected my training, so all good.....barely.
Hope it heals fast Rob.Insta: flexjs
