Am I to young to take creatine?

Hey guys so I'm 19years old soon to be 20years old I'm a Brazilian jiu jitsu competitor and also a college wrestler. Due to a recent growth spear(if that's how you spell it). I will no longer be cutting weight so I decided to start taking creatine, I just got Optimum Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate. Am I to young to take creatine? And any thoughts on ON creatine?

Age does matter. You don't need any supplements if you are under 18.

I've taken it all before 18, there's no reason why the age should be on the supplements. Protein is in all meat, everyone eats meat at any age. Creatine is in meat, everyone eats meat at any age.

If you're 19, you certainly fit the criteria to use creatine. 3-5g daily.
