Is it still possible to gain mass by keep using the same weight? and should i just heighten the reps?
I am trying to do the WFSBIII but i dont have any barbells can anyone tell me what to do without the barbell and max 10kgs dumbbells
can someone provide me a link to only dumbbells for the WFSBIII? or is that impossible? i wanna get in shape and i only have 6months left
and i am really fat.... been doing whole body routine but i didnt gain anything......... for about 2months......and i did it everyday......but i was at 6kgs then i max it to 8kgs

you cant do that routine with little dumbbells like that.
Check out www.rosstraining.com, he has some good DIY articles for people like you. A Duffle Bag filled with sand is a cheap and awesome training tool.
