    Creatine?

    Sup brahz,

    contemplating buying con-cret creatine...worth it? Thinking of just talking half the recommended dose or is dat just stoopid? Currently on mass gainer. 16 years old

    Ty men or should i say teen (sorry for sounding like noob)

    You should take 20 grams a day for the first 4-5 days (after breakfast, after lunch, before and after workout) and then lower the amount to 5-10 grams a day (before workout and after breakfast). The reason why you should take double the dose for the first few days is to saturate your muscles with creatine (this phase is called the loading phase). This way you can see results faster, usually after about 2 weeks.

    You don't need to load. Keep it simple, 3-5g of creatine daily.

    tried con-cret and didn't really do much for me, probably just going to get a creatine mono and take 5g a day everyday much cheaper also but everyone's different i guess. If you try it definitely take full dose.

    if you don't do the loading phase you'll eventually get the same results, but you will see them quicker if you do the loading phase

    Loading is a ploy by the supplement companies to use more of their product. **** loading. Just take 3-5gs a day.
