contemplating buying con-cret creatine...worth it? Thinking of just talking half the recommended dose or is dat just stoopid? Currently on mass gainer. 16 years old

You should take 20 grams a day for the first 4-5 days (after breakfast, after lunch, before and after workout) and then lower the amount to 5-10 grams a day (before workout and after breakfast). The reason why you should take double the dose for the first few days is to saturate your muscles with creatine (this phase is called the loading phase). This way you can see results faster, usually after about 2 weeks.
