    Talking DB lateral raises

Any tips on how to get better at doing lateral raises?
I bent my elbows and try to bring them to shoulder level while my wrists are lower. I do them standing and don't swing much, unless I wanna do forced reps at the end.
I've been stuck at 30 lbs dumbbells and can't go higher than that. 25's are too light and 35's are too heavy. I usually do them as the 2nd exercise on shoulder day, first being DB shoulder press (tonight I did 3 sets with 80 lbs dumbbells). After that I do one arm upright rows and then focus on rear delts.
Any tips on how to use more weight on lateral raises?

Don't worry about it. It's not so important with lateral raises. People go a life time without ever using 40's or 45's.
Just add reps to those 25's if they are that light, and also to those 30's. It will do you good. Focus on feel, increase weight when you feel you're ready, not at all cost. If that's in say two years, so be it. Also about elbow bending, don't bend more than in your right avi part.

That guy that looks huge in his AVI but isn't has a good video about them I'll try and find it. I can't remember is name for some reason. He eats sour patch kids for a post meal or some chit.

Edit: KANEVSKY! If you can get past how much of a dink he comes off as, I've found this video super helpful.

    I'm a wizard.
