As most of the folks who know me on here (and those who have met me) know I have been in a lot of fights in my life, as a teen in my twenties, in my 30's and even in my 40. Hell I had a fight roughly 8 months ago due to a car accident my son was involved in.
Anyway I was on the phone with Kevin (DBX) and I was telling him the story, so I figured what the hell I have not posted a fight thread in a while, so let me post it (although there was no fight)
OK so the story, last week I drove Patty (my wife) to the store. The store is in a gas station, I had my car parked in front of the store, but in an angle parking.
There was enough room for a truck to get by me to get to the pumps, but this guy in a taxi could not. Now instead of this guy just politely asking me if I could move my car he doesn't. What does he do? He opens his window and yells out to me, "Hey assh0le, you don't know how to f'cking park? Move the f'cking car you f'cking idiot!"
Now here is the "I must be getting old" comment. I am just so drained and tired of all the f'cking fighting/arguments/beef I had nothing left in me to even respond. I put the car in reverse and gave him room. (room which he didn't even need to begin with)
My wife gets in the car I told her the story, she said "you didn't say or do anything?" I said no, it happen just as I told you, she doesn't believe me.
I am getting old...

It's funner to just "Politely Mess with'em"....
Instead of getting pissed and over-retaliating like I used to do, I've found an alternate entertaining way to deal with idiots now. Last situation I had that was similar, the guy (Who I could've easily strangled) was having his meltdown even though HE was driving in the small lot through the "Exit Only" lane. After pretetending I didn't notice him for a few more seconds, I make it look like I just noticed him and rolled down the window and said, "What? You need directions to a laundrymat?" Another barrage of profanity. Me, "I really like your shirt too! By the way, from this angle, your car looks lke some sort of alien ship. Maybe it's the sunlight, I don't know. You have a spot on that fender. Might be some bird poop. Better check that out. I like Fruit Loops cereal. TTHHHEEYY'RRRE GGRRREAT!" He was friggin' beating his dash like Animal from the Muppets on his drums just having a bigger meltdown. Slammed his car in reverse peeled out, went around and came in the right way. He didn't say **** as I was out of the truck by then "checking " for something in the box. I was whistling "Sesame Street" as he was muttering under his breath walking away.
