    4 day split. Please critique.

Hey Brahs. I've been thinking about a split routine which would fit my week perfectly with college and stuff and I came up with this:

    Monday - Bicep & Tricep
    Tuesday - Traps & Delts
    Wednesday - Back & Bicep
    Thursday - Day off
    Friday - Legs & Abs.
    Saturday - Chest & Tricep
    Sunday - Cardio & Abs

What do you fellow lifters think?

Probably unnecessary to work the bi's and tri's twice seeing as back and chest will cover that as will shoulders, keep in your bicep and tricep isolation but no need to add yet another in, they'll grow just fine with hard work on your back and chest days

Do you see yourself as educated enough to make on your own routine? I'd suggest to start with someone elses routine that is proven to work well, even a brosplit if you like.

Also I dont see how that is a 4-day split

Thanks for your opinion . I thought maybe by adding isolation to my chest and back days it would give my biceps and triceps a more effective outcome, but i suppose with my compounds it will do the job for me. think I could get away with throwing in one isolated exercise on those days?

Well, its a bit of a 5 day one but still lol. I started off with other peoples routine. I did yates blood and guts routine or whatever you call it. Im just trying to make my own to go with my weeks with college and what would suit me best, im just wondering if my routine has enough rest for each group and if this split is right.

If you want to potentially increase the output on your isolation, train chest and bi's together and tri's on a leg day, otherwise 1 sesh should be fine

Adding on to what he said...If you want to get the most of working our arms, you can train chest with bis and back with tris.
I'd recommend you look into other routines and read feedbacks on those threads.
