I understand the customs stuff and how 90% of the companies don't bother shipping outside the US, we REALLY appreciate when companies do this for international people

RAG.... As in "random acts of generosity". This is where reps randomly give away supps in random sections and random threads on BB.com's forums.

Reps post in here letting us know about products they give away at random to people in threads they read around the forums as a whole. We non-reps then take a look at the threads which can be sometimes motivational or entertaining and congratulate the person receiving the product. It is also refreshing to know that the reps are involved outside of their assigned tasks as they are genuinely interested our community.

If anybody has anything to add, please feel free to do so.
