So I started working with a Personal Trainer last February, I had previous experience with Football workouts but just wanted someone to help with a new plan, I worked with him untill May then I went off on my own and really hit the training and diet hard! I read a ton of stuff on here as well as other reputable sites, I even signed up to start studying to become a Personal Trainer. Long story put simply is that I worked my A&& off got my diet on Lock-down and passed both of my CPT exams and am now a CPT for NCSF and ACE.
Starting Stats:
Age: 21
Weight: 170-173lbs
(from my May 2012 W/o logs)
Bench Press 120lbs 3x10
Deadlift: 135x12 185x10 205x8
Squat: 155 3x10.
