    Body Fat % Estimate please

    all pics were shot untensed.

    my trainer and a few online calculators i used pitted me at 13% body fat and my gym instructor said i looked arround 12-14%, im currious what you guys think


    im 17, 65kg, and 174cm tall

    Looks about right. You should bulk if your end goal is muscle mass. You're ready for a bulk in my opinion.

    should have bulked first, you will look alot more lean at 14% if you had more muscle

    well im now taking primed whey protein and im doing 4-5 min plank holds every night and hitting the gym 2-4 times a week for the past 2 months now , so hopefully ill start to see some ab gains soon , i can sometimes see the outline of a 6 pack if the lighting is right, so thats a bit of a motivation for me that its getting somewhere
