    thumb sprain, recommend me some upper body exercises

    hey guys! sprained my thumb pretty bad, so i cant really pinch or hold anything.

    so far been just squatting every workout, and doing chin ups (using just the fingers).

    can anyone recommend any good upper body exercises that won't aggravate my thumb?
