Is it gyno or just fat?

Hey, I'm 20 years old and have had these badboy manboobs ever since I was extremely overweight as a child. Not sure if it's just fat or if it's fudged up hormones =[
Weight - 147
Height - 5'7.5"
BF - ~20? not too sure. have a decent amount of muscle, max bench 195

its weird...theyre almost always erect like that. they usually arent puffy

oh thank god. so i just need to cut down now. though should i continue cutting? at the weight i am right now, i feel that i wont be at a decent bf until im around 130, which is a bit ridiculous

If you really are self conscious about it which I understand because I have the same issue (Except mine includes Puberty gyno), then I would suggest cutting down to get rid of them. I have a feeling they will be the last things to cut down, but after you are a low BF% They should look normal again. After that go ahead and lean bulk.

I have a hard time relating to your height/weight ratio to be honest since I am 6 4 or so, so It would be up to you if you should bulk up a bit right now or not. If you have a good size going on, I would lean towards a cut. Hard to determine in the pics.

I have the same condition with my chest right now and my nipples are also puffy unless they are cold, I can also feel some hard fat tissue behind my nipple, does that mean I have gyno?

If yours are 'Gyno'.... Then I have an awful case.
+ I'm not too sure 'I' even have it. They look pretty normal to me, especially when compared to mine.

I have a lot of fat to lose before I know whether mine is or not though.
Hopefully not, everyone talks about "Hardness" behind the nipple... and mine is just puffy and soft.

I think everybody here should post a picture of actual gyno because ALL nipples get ''puffy'' when it's warm\when they're ''non-erect'' so to say. But there's a huge difference between normal puffyness and gyno-puffyness. Mine get puffy as well yet I have 0 gyno, just some fat and no upper-pec muscle tissue whatsoever.

Don't get everyone freaking out like ''ZOMG MY NIPPLEZ GET PUFFY, MUST BE DEM GYNOS!'' because usually that's not the case. Unless you've got some f*cked up hormones or have been messing with juice you shouldn't really have much (some is possible though) gyno action going on in the first place. It happens, but not as often as I see threads on this forum asking about it... 9\10 times it's just fat + warm in the room they've taken the picture.

Now if your nipple is puffy and you can clearly see a ''round'' area BEHIND your nipple\feel it now that's when I'd start suspecting gyno.
