Hey, I'm 167 cm and 66 kilos.
I don't know if i should cut or bulk. I want to be 9-10% Bf for summer but i'm scared that if i begin my cut on april, i can't be 10% BF:/
So, should i cut or bulk?
If i cut, is this diet good for begin?
Morning:
80 gr bread
1 passion fruit or 1 lemon
3 white eggs
300 ml milk
Midday:
150 gr meat
60 gr pasta
150 vegetable
Oliv oil, 10 gr
Pre training:
40 gr whey
1 banana
20 gr almond
green tea and coffee
Training:
2 lemon in water, 40 gr sugar
Dinner
80 gr pasta
150 gr meat
150 vegetable
10 gr oliv oil
Is it good?
