I used the same the routine for the whole 18 months Monday: Chest Biceps; Tuesday:Back Triceps; Wednesday: Legs, Core and Shoulder; Thursday: Chest Biceps; Friday:Back Triceps; Saturday: Legs, Core and Shoulder. 5x5 on compound lifts 2x8-10 on isolation, every 3 weeks i would do strictly body weight excercises (pull up bars, push ups, rope climb, air squats and running) till failure I would do this so I wouldnt get to used to my routine. This doesnt include the mandatory PT in the Army but that's nothing except the running.
