My opinion is once you stop training and special aids you will loose pretty much everything look at recent pick of mustaffa Mohammad to confirm this. I think Dorian still looks great cause he still trains hard that and he is probably on a hormone replacement therapy which is gh. I'm just a pissy natty so I'm not too sure about the special aid side of things
Been on the natty train for this long ain't getting off it now.

Agreed fully! That being said I'd be soooo surprised if he (and a lot of retired bb'ers) stopped using growth. Honestly the amount of guys out there in there 40s plus who have never picked up a weight yet still pick up gh for the benefits it offers for older guys is insane. So someone whose used it a good portion of their life and knows of the benefits, even bodybuilding benefits set aside, is probably really unlikely to stop.
Hopefully no one interprets that as a "that's why he still has size" sort of thing.. As let's be honest to say Dorian always has trained hard and had dedication obviously doesn't even touch the reality of it... He certainly seems like he's kept a healthy love for the sport
