are you wanting to get your bench up or are you going more for size?
my bench has always been a problem for me, but i started warming up with decline bench finishing as heavy as i can get 5-6 reps with then going to flat bench and doing the same weight for 6 sets of 5 reps.. every couple of weeks i am adding weight.. feels good man

I was mainly going for strength, but now that I'm cutting, I just wanna maintain...I couldn't go heavy today tho, my elbows weren't having that **** lol

The gym is never busy in the mornings...even during New Years it's not that bad...I couldn't get to the leg press or the front of the smith
