This is how every bodybuilder in my gym trains.

1) Enter gym wearing hoodie and cap.
2) Warm up wearing hoodie and cap.
3) First set, sleeves get rolled up.
4) Got a pump, hoodie comes off to reveal singlet.
5) Heavy set. Oh it's time for backwards cap.
6) Cardio time. Better rotate my cap back and put on my hoodie.

If legs are being trained swap hoodie and singlet with baggy sweats over shorts.

Yup, pretty much hear that opinion in the ifbb world all the time and even some of his competitors admit this. I always thought he lacked size also, but someone posted a great pic alongside all the best and he is definetly smaller but he suprised me or the pic suprised me, he looked so much bigger than i ever thought.

He definately should've placed higher at the Olympia. He's also a very cool guy. At the "Meet The Olympians" event, he hung around for extra pics when everyone was packing up. Really friendly dude.
