Hey I'm a type 1 insulin dependant diabetic. Was 254 lbs back in November in at 232lbs now. Hit a big plateau at 232lbs and not moving hitting the gym 5-6 times a week 60-90mins resistance training followed by min 30 mins cardio with soccer twice a week. Taking whey, casine, creatine, fish oil and clas. Eating clean but not shifting any more weight. Having read a bit about how insulin can impead results any tips on how to safely adjust the insulin to improve results or any other tips.
