well the booster i use is called TEST CHARGE and it's from AAEFX. i've been using it for a couple years now and i absolutely love it. i'm a 34 year old natural bodybuilder so i definitely need all the help i can get. the results i've received from test charge are more energy, strength, focus and lean muscle growth. like you i train hard and eat right, so with the addition of this all natural test booster, you cant go wrong big man.NGA Natural bodybuilder

There shouldn't be any long term effects from using a natural test booster.

Test Charge is a solid option...also can't go wrong with DAA.
Be realistic with what these supplements will do. You'll probably notice some extra libido/energy, but this isn't the "real deal" by any means and that's fairly obvious anyways.Team Beyond Fitness - http://facebook.com/beyondfitnessofficial

i will say that ape has made a noticeable difference. I had bloodwork done before hand which you might think of thats how i found i was low on test. (i'm also 32 btw) i can say my bench has increased but then again the only thing is my libido hasnt kicked up at all. probably have other reasons for that.Bay Area Crew

If you have low enough testosterone to cause side effects in your daily life, you need a doctor/endocrinologist visit.
Over the counter boosters mainly function on mood/sleep/libido, which slightly raising testosterone. So if your goals are in that ballpark, then yes they may be worthwhile. 29 should be fine to start, though I would suggest a blood test too see whether you're on the low end before pointing to that as a cause for limited gains.
