    I have been posting my pictures every week, please take a look and tell me what you think, nothin g drastic, but i am trying to take it slow. I have lost about 7 pounds, and i definitly think i have tightened up, my lifts for deads, bench and ohp have gone up to!

    well i have lost 7 pounds... but realisticaly in 4 weeks going slow should i be seeing a huge difference?. im at 2450 calories with cardio twice a week

    to me i feel like i can see a SLIGHT difference, and my chest and abs have tightened up a bit? i didnt excpect miracles in 4 weeks

    No your definitely not losing weight to quickly, in 2 weeks I lost 19lbs but I'm also eating at 1500-1800 cals a day

    On;y thing I can really say is the obvious, If you want to lose weight quicker lower the cals

    im at 2400? and i have lost 7 pounds in 4 weeks, so should i really shoot for more?

    you're losing fat fine. don't drop too deep on your caloric deficit, otherwise you'll eat up your muscle along with your fat.
    the leaner you get OP, the bigger visual difference a pound of fat makes, so keep it up. gl brah.

    Dont listen to the morons in this thread. Youre making great progress. You want to lose fat slow to assure you maintain the most muscle. Youre doing great.
