HAHAHAHAHAHAH.........
John,
As the title of this thread, they are my worst part. Taken by themselves, maybe not so bad....but in the context relative to my other development, they are sorely lacking.
As I said, I think they have good shape and definition, just small.... (I suffer from very high attachments....way in the upper 1/3). I think with their shape, if I can add another full 1".....they will actually look pretty good while being relatively 'small'.

They should be about the same size.
Thanks for pointing that out flex.
I would say my arms are a little over developed (along with my back). They are not quite that big....either. I have seen 18 3/8 but not 18 1/2.
All in due time....that is what this tread is about. Pointing out our weak spots and what we are going to do to improve. I am really hoping some facial stretching will work on the calves. I have been making good progress since I started it.

Never noticed that before. Besides the biceps, for a powerlifter, the back double-bi is very bodybuilder-esq. Everything is in good proportion. How much fat in the fold of your elbow? That will make a big difference in the visibility of your peak.

Cold day in hell
Last year I would have said lats, I had the disapearing lats when I did front double bicep pose. Worked hard on getting them to pop and no longer feel they are my worst. If you asked right at this moment (which you did) I would say mid section but I know that disappears pretty quickly so I will say quads are my main area of focus right now, really want them to pop but it's the last area that I really lean out. 17 and 1/2 weeks out! excited to see what mass I can hold on to
I can't hit the bottom, but I can sure bang the hell out of the sides!!!

My legs. I always did half ass squats til I decided to do them right about a year ago.

Clive....that is nuts! I dont really do any 'neck' work but it has grown along with the rest of my body. Any ideas why yours has stayed small?

Everything between my waist and my knees, pretty much. If my hips weren't so wide my back and shoulders would look decent, but they hips and bum just ruin everything. This photo was from three years ago. It still looks pretty much the same.

Does not really look "structural", just composition. I think your frame is one that many women would kill for. (those with the straight waist boy hips). Anyway, you have a nice balance....just a composition issue....which is easy as hell to fix.

I would have thought a bit of growth would have happened with 13 years of training, luckily I'm not too bothered by it.
Guess it’s genetic, my dad’s the same.
Occasionally you do spot some quite advanced bodybuilders with surprisingly slim necks, probably like calves and very hard for some of us to develop.

I have seen machines back in the day and head rigs to work the neck. (back when I trained for sports and injury prevention). Maybe so as the genetic component. It sure is a hindrance for calves for me
It is also said that the androgen receptors are greater in neck and shoulder areas. Meaning in some, you can tell cell-tech uses by an over development of delts and neck. (relative to rest of physique).

I am coming from a different direction. I don't really have a weak body part. I have a well balanced build, I have worked very hard to do this meaning if I see a body part falling behind I work that area exclusively and slow down on other body parts. If I see a body part growing too fast I stop training that body part all together.

That is why I said I have worked "hard" to do this. It is not easy, sometimes when a body part responds very well (with me it is my arms) one tends to hit them even harder and when a body part doesn't it is neglected.

Honestly it sucks, I would hope that all my body parts would grow fast, but that is not the case.

Make it happen
My legs for sure. What I have now took some good amount of work. They are getting better but they need a lot more work
Edit-will be good to bring this back at the end of the year to see how people have progressed

I don't know Pharma, but that's a pretty nice set of quads you've got there, plus a killer tear-drop. Calves have good shape and definition. If you were saying that your calves need catching up on size, then maybe. If my legs could look like yours by the end of the year I'd be very happy

I'm definitely in the "everything" group as I am still under a year in. However my worst body part is the mid-section.
Plans to improve: starting March 1st, going on a cut to lose some fat. I've gained about 18 pounds on my bulk, and i think it was pretty successful. Actually hoping I can lose about 15 of it back, of course kweping as much muscle as possible.
Before & recent pics in profile (sorry, don't have 50 posts yet)
If it was easy, everyone would do it.

Lifting...
3 months ago I'd say upper chest. With a new exercise its finally growing, fast too. My legs look good from the front, small from the aide. No idea why they grow wide and not deep.

Well not fast in the sense that they will hit 20" in the next year, but faster than my other body parts. i.e. they respond better than any other body part. At one point there were my weakest but now, I don't really have to hit them and they still grow. But if I were to start hitting them directly, they out grow my shoulders which don't respond as quickly as my arms, makes sense?
