If I could only eat one food for the bodybuild, I would not eat it. My friend Cory was telling me of great new way to loose fat without needing food with the macronutrients (confuse to calculate). It's called Fast and has lotsa great benefits to mind, body, and colon. I feel the power of 200 powerful erections pounding through my muscles since starting the Fast. Pizza if you could very the toppings. Spinach would probably be the best balanced food, full amino acids/carbs/some fat/minerals/vitamins/fiber etc. Down side would be eating 20 bags a day to get your caloric content in.
