Been on a "Clean Bulk" for last 30 or so days, going well, up 10 lbs now I've hit a wall. I eat religiously every 2 hours from 730am till about 10pm, gym at about 5:45pm 4 days a week, upper/lower split, lift heavy.
In the last 2 weeks strength has kind of plateaued and my weight has been fluctuating between 258.5-260, haven't been able to bust 260, time to eat more, trying to hit 270.
My question is: Should I add more food to my existing meal times or should I add the food in between and just eat like every hour.
I can list my daily meals if you need it.
Preciate the input!

10lbs in one month is not a clean bulk.
Also, there is no need to eat religiously every 2 hours.Sports Science & Health Undergraduate

I gained it so quickly because I was doing the "paleo diet" and lost about 18 lbs in the 3 months prior. All my strenght went with it too, I was starving my body, I hated it. As soon as I started eating carbs, way more food, and lifting heavy again, 10 lbs came really easy.
So basically as long as I get the calories required in a day, It doesn't matter when they are ingested. Eating 2000 calories in one sitting is the same as spreading it out over 5 hours? Im just unaware
Thanks
