Alcohol and creatine?
Sup fellas! Last weekend I was on a party and had a little "enjoyment". However, I'm not going to discuss the party.
It was like 10 pm and I was already drunk. The thing is that I got extremly drunk from just 3 or 4 ice cold beers and 2 shots of vodka. I mean, it's not such amount that you get so drunk from that you can't even spell your own name. I was basically smashed and puked all the night.
I've been taking creatine (5g) a day for alot of time now, but never before a party. This was the first time I took creatine (about 5 hours before the first beer) and alcohol together. Like I said before I got damn drunk and you can probably guess that I had a "sweet" hangover the next day.
Now my question is: Have you ever tried to mix creatine and alcohol? What results did you get? Is there some danger consuming alcohol when on creatine?
On the other hand, if you're on creatine, you can save money on the alcohol cause you don't have to buy that much to get the same effect hehe.

I've never heard of any problems with mixing those two. Are you sure you just didn't eat a lot throughout the day?
Edit: Or was it your first time drinking?
Finally able to deadlift again.

My maintance is at 2900 kcal and i got in about 2700. But still, that slight caloric deficit should'nt make a difference lol.
No, it wasn't my first time drinking. I'm drinking pretty rarely tho.

Sure sounds like your first time. "Last weekend I was on a party and had a little "enjoyment". However, I'm not going to discuss the party." Sounds very much how I talked about my first party.
You probably just have low tolerance then.

I take creatine every day and i go out like once a fortnight on average, i usually end up having like 15-20 drinks by the end of the night which i ALWAYS regret. Its not the creatine which makes you more sensitive to alcohol it's just how you are. I wish i was a lightweight like you though.. i always end up spending like $200 every time i go out..
