wtf is wrong with me (always hungry)
No matter wtf I eat and how much of it, I'm ALWAYS hungry. I'm eating 250 above maintenance and I'm still always hungry. Is this my body's way of telling me I'm still not eating enough or what? I'm thinking it could be that I just came off a 1500 calorie deficit (was on EC, held that def. for 3 weeks to get from 25% to 20%), now I'm just trying to eat around maintenance until I go at a clean bulk. But I'm having to eat enough for a clean bulk already so wtf.

According to USP Labs, hunger means you're HIGHLY ANABOLIC. GO EAT NOW AND CAPTURE THEM ANABOLS.

I probably spend majority of my life eating but then again I also spend a majority of it with the munchies, go ahead and eat man enjoy it.

I find myself having a hard time balancing my diet sometimes too, and I need motivation and inspiration to set me on the right track usually. you could try to upping your protein in comparison to other macros and switching out simple carbs for complex carbs/fiber.
I have the opposite problem, I just switched from cutting with IF to doing a clean bulk with IF and it's getting adequate cals is giving me indigestion.

It's not like your 200 pounds. Eat away. Try heating up your foods, it
absorbs better when warm.

My maintenance is 3000. I eat 4000+ on days I feel like it. Team Never Full #2 checking in
Starting Stats / Current Stats / 1-2 year goal
Bench- 160 5x5 / 170 5x5 / 225 5x5
