Phil's back was clearly more ripped up, more separation between muscle groups. Kai loses all separation in his back during the rear lat spread, and Phil pwns him on it because of that. Kai's quads are certainly more striated for sure. Phil also showed more separation in the serratus and obliques when he and Kai were doing that crunching type of pose from the side relaxed(i think they also sometimes did it after the side chest or side triceps poses).

if you think phil's midsection is atrocious I would love to hear what you think about jay's....
Anyway... Stealth is right about kai's RLS. There is definitely not as much separation.
I would still give it to kai, though. For as much cool the traps are, the overall width of the back and quads is just ludicrous and shows how much larger kai's frame is
