You would say "Pozdravlayu!"
Yeah Pozdravlayu, and give it a few weeks after you have the babies, you are going to remember what I told you, good bye to sweet gains, social life and sleep. I have one 7 month old and he is killing my life, let alone 2, oh boyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

And I completely agree with this ^^^
I did the Bradley Method with my daughter. Best. Decision. Ever.

I will need to check that out for my next one. Sadly I had to have an emergency csection a couple weeks ago so I wasn't able to do anything that I learned.
Congrats OP! Hope all goes well for you!

That which does not kill me, better run like hell!!!
Never take your home gym for granted, one day it will not be there and then you have to deal with people.
I like eating, it helps with the not dying.

I am a HUGE baby when it comes to pain tolerance. I know its not the BEST thing for the baby, but I plan to just get an Epidural.... Should that change (I am also indecisive), I will definitely look into the Bradly Method. I heard of it before from others.

Every momma walks her own path...just be SURE to research everything before you totally make your mind up. I know women who have no issues with epidurals, however I have a cousin and aunt both who now have back problems related to their epidurals. And they just have some not so fun side effects for a lot of women. I went through a 14 hour long natural labor and birth and the next morning (had him about 8:30 at night) bathed myself, did my hair and packed us all up (with hubby's help, of course) after baby's hearing tests and what-not and walked right out of the birthing center I wouldn't have changed a thing...except for the contractions on the bed and on the way to the tub after the midwife broke my water...that was the LONGEST trip back to the birthing tub EVER!LOL I hope I never have to labor on my back!
