Personally I love it. I recommend it to everyone, but it's not for everyone some people just can't kick the carbs. I always tend to keep my carbs on the lower side. Now I'm eating around 80g-125g depending on the day. I just love eating meat so it's more appealing to me I was never a bread kinda guy.

That's why you should carb refeed (how many times a fortnight depends on your bodyfats), you need to restore Leptin levels to kickstart your body into burning more fat.
I know plenty of people doing it, and Josef Rakich does it. There is heaps of stuff on here and on his facebook/IG from him.
Good job on the weight loss btw

Cutting @ 2700?
How can you get away with that?
I'm 6'5, 253lbs and going with 2450.
edit: Although I have an athletic background, you do have more muscle mass than me, so maybe that's why

Haha I'm really not sure I'm actually eating 2750-3000 calories a day now weighing 163 lbs. I'm low carb though eating less than 30g most days and some days I go to 50g

And what are your activity levels?
I would never go low carb. I'm a student and it gets really hard to concentrate without dem carbs.
