Personally I love it. I recommend it to everyone, but it's not for everyone some people just can't kick the carbs. I always tend to keep my carbs on the lower side. Now I'm eating around 80g-125g depending on the day. I just love eating meat so it's more appealing to me I was never a bread kinda guy.

That's why you should carb refeed (how many times a fortnight depends on your bodyfats), you need to restore Leptin levels to kickstart your body into burning more fat.
I know plenty of people doing it, and Josef Rakich does it. There is heaps of stuff on here and on his ********/IG from him.
