Meal Plan for the upcoming week.
Meal 1 -
Coffee - coconut milk creamer
6 egg white omelet w/ fresh veggies like spinach, mushrooms, chives, onions, tomatoes ect.. w/ garlic lime salsa
earnest - oatmeal w/ a mix of nuts and stuff in it
Meal 2 -
vegan raw protein
mixed frozen fruit
high protein almond milk
chia seeds
Meal 3 -
Pulled Pork roast
sweet potato
green juiced veggies & fruit: Celery, cucumber, parsley, lime, kiwi, ginger
Optional Meal replacement for 3 or 4 -
Pulled Pork roast carntios
thin corn tortillas
w/ mango & pineapple tequila salsa
greek yogurt
southwest - black bean & corn veggie mix
Salad
low carb beer
Meal 4 -
Turkey breast w/ pineapples
sprouted brown rice cooked w/ onions, garlic, sweet miso, ginger & mushrooms
Fresh juice: Grapefruit, orange, carrots
Snacks -
almonds
greek yogurt
mixed berries w/ whipped cream

Hold on...I think she's banned, not just missing in action. Look at her 0 rep. She had much higher rep than that!
Did she post nudity somewhere or something?
Last post was 02/28/13, so if it was a month ban, we might see her in a week.
The other possibility is that she requested her account me made inactive.

Sorry for the interruption, anyone that follows my log on bb knows this happens from time to time but there’s a conflict of interest between bb & current sponsors. I want be able to run redemption training on here or bb until after summer. It happens. I’ll be back to both after the summer though
Her sponsor and bb.com are apparently a conflict of interest (competitors I assume) so she may not be back on here for a while. She needs to do what's best for her personal obligations...no need to risk it on an internet forum.
