LOL, it's def weird. It basically it erases every bit of the last little bit of privacy between athlete & trainers/coaches. Anyone that I train under or give permission to can log and see everything.. I'll have one handler who works hands on with me & monitors. My guess is that will be one of the support crew, cause that only makes sense. Tank offered to take on the job. He knows me and my training, he's basically my support ATM. Plus he already does my recovery work. The brushing, massages.. ect. The only thing that worries about that is our history & that big fight we had a few weeks ago. That also means he'll work more with Iron..
I'm the only one on the team that's been outfitted with so much equipment. I get to it test out.. (thanks right?)

What camera? LOL You mean the computers/body sensors? They don't have cameras, everything is translated into graphs, colors and numbers. Like porn for math geeks. No one can actually "see" they just see what you are doing and stats on a graph.
Like at night when it graphs sleep, heart rate ect. So it knows when your just lying down and when you actually sleep. Anyone reading that graph would know if ya bump uglies in the night because the graph will change from sleeping to activity and it rates it like vigorous, or low activity.. ect. Sex simply registers as an unidentified activity. If I get up and walk around in the middle of the night it registers as walking, ect.Last edited by grace_ou; 02-26-2013 at 01:13 PM.

Yeah it means the boss likes me more then the others. Actually we all discussed and the guys were hesitant about using the whole system. Their big thing though was all the extra work involved and the fact that you have to wear 2 body sensors at all times. The sensors are just straps though so I don't think it's that big of a deal. I think it's gonna provide an insane advantage. Well worth it.
Like last night I was in bed 10 hours, but I know from the graphs I only actually slept 7 hours. So today I know I need a nap for about hour to offset that hour of lost sleep. If say I train over a certain intensity & duration then it'll tell me how much sleep I need that night to ensure better recovery.

I know.. I've started to notice since the injury that my balance is a little more ****ed then usual. I actually went and talk the the rehab trainer today and basically he said it's a result the spinal erectors being damaged, or more like they just aren't back to full strength yet. So I have to work on lower back, hams, spinal muscles and core for a while.
So was up babe?

So now we need to change your name to Grace_X2?
Same old for me mostly. Glad to have the crazy person out of my life for good. I'm going to New Orleans next week for a few days with my hottie friend Lyn. Also crazy but smokin hot makes up for a little of that. LOL
Soooo did you kick anyone's arse and get your team lead gig back yet?
Looks like a nice weekend up here. 80's on Sunday. Hope to get some horse riding time in. Whatcha got this weekend? My OV35 workout log:

I know.. I've started to notice since the injury that my balance is a little more ****ed then usual. I went and talk the the rehab trainer today, got reevaluated, and basically he said it's a result the spinal erectors being damaged, or more like they just aren't back to full strength yet. So I have to work on lower back, hams, spinal muscles and core for a while.
We went ahead and did a full hour workout sorry I didn't break it down but we worked with bands and did alot of focus work for the muscles in need.
Dinner, grilled salmon with a smoky Moroccan seasoning, honey glazed carrots & Brussels sprouts with parm. A few drinks of Ron Pampero Aniversario. Which for the money is an excellent run. I really love it. It has this spiced, nutty, coffee, toffee, buttery wood flavor that's just awesome. It's amazingly good warmed slightly and sipped with a nice cigar on cold morning! Just trust me on this!

Aw.. a few days in New Orleans sounds great! Crazy girl included. I have training/work/school all weekend as usual. I swear it's all I do anymore! It's just become all I do, a constant state of pressure with no real time for anything else.
No I don;t have my spot back yet but I'm getting there. It's just a matter of me being physically ready. It want be long.

I'll have to check that out for my wife, the wine fan. Bought her a bottle of Alpine Spice for Christmas, sounds similar, a spiced cinnamonny/nutmeggy wine that is good chilled or hot.
She's on a run of OxyElite Pro now, so no wine for her for a few weeks. Stuff is working wonders though.
At first glance, I thought that last meal picture was a slice of burnt toast.

LOL, yeah kinda of a boring dinner. I might should have noted this because it's in an unusual bottle for rum... but that's 80 proof rum not wine. It's a very nice rum though something well suited for most women. It has a smooth finish very warming not at all harsh. If you warm it up very gently it's just an amazing drink. It's def a Sunday morning rum.
