Is it essential to train my wrist and forearm? If so what exercises can I do?
This is mostly because the last time I was using dumbells my wrist kept dislocating, even with tiny weights :/

Just train back without straps including deadlifts.
Wrist curls are a waste of time
The only "forearm" stuff I do is hammer curls and reverse curlsType 1 Diabetic - Since age 15
