    Forearm and Wrist training.

Is it essential to train my wrist and forearm? If so what exercises can I do?

This is mostly because the last time I was using dumbells my wrist kept dislocating, even with tiny weights :/

Just train back without straps including deadlifts.

Wrist curls are a waste of time

The only "forearm" stuff I do is hammer curls and reverse curls
