    Need Help with Chest Workout!

    Hey,
I'm not new to doing chest workouts but I do have an inquiry.
Every workout i do either flat, incline or close-grip bench press. But I was wondering if it would be detrimental to do all 3 of them in one workout.
Please let me know what you guys think.

    Big thanks!

Chest muscle or pectoral muscles are made of many muscles lined together from clavicle bone to abdomen. So i think doing incline, decline and flat is necessary for over pectoral development. Close grip bench press is for triceps, this exercise has more involvement of triceps muscles, chest is secondary working muscle in close grip bench press.
