Hey man, just wanted to congratulate you on your hard work. I'm an ectomorph just like you, not sure if our body type is a blessing or a curse haha. 118 to 145 is a big jump. Takes a lot of eating eh? How long did this take you? I went from 140-180 at 6'2" over the span of a couple years. Keep pushing yourself! I'm reading this right now, its a pretty cool log of a guy packing on lots of weight www.biggersmallerbigger.com/

Thanks, and yes it takes a lot more eating than what I was ever used to. I realized after a short period of time though that once I actually stuck to eating more, the weight came in no time! And it's not like I put on fat, the gain is pure muscle mass, it's all about diet really yeah :P I have been lifting since beginning of 2011 really, but I ended up breaking my hand at one point, haulting my progress and making drop back slightly. But I'm back at it hard and have been at it crazy again and don't plan on stopping at all. I remember my end goal on BB.com that said "to one day hit 150 and be lean as hell". Well, to me it's laughable now. I'm 150 at night now already, and my new goal is to hit 165 by the end of this year (no fat gains, of course). Your progress is amazing as well, what age were you when you started lifting in the span of 2 years? I started at age 17 for the most part, and I am 18 now (19 next month).

Thanks so much for the comments guys And as for my routine, well I basically made my own split! If you want it into detail let me know, but it's just a split I made myself haha And yes I had to eat a ton!! It gets easier though overtime! Yes I love my rear delts as well! Reverse flys ftw

Did you try the 1 month experiment. Want to know if it has worked for anyone.
