Does fish oil actually do anything?

I know the internets tells me it does but I've been taking it for two years 3 pills a day and I cannot tell you one thing fish oil has done, has helped me with.

If I forget it I dont notice it at all...Any brahs suspicious on the whole fish oil thing? Probably just ingesting a whole lot mercury which would actually be unhealthy.

In for replies. I read somewhere that fish oil can cause insomnia. I experimented with this by skipping days. No fish oil, I don't wake up in the middle of the night. When I take it, I wake up.

follow a dosage.. like 2g per day of epa and dha or w/e the amounts are.

itll say on the bottle how much each has. some bottles say that one cap will be like 1g fish oil, then the label will say like 150mg epa and 75dha. thats chitty fish oil.

the good **** cost 25-35 bucks though

I take 9 grams of fish oil pills per day. They're 1 gram capsules and I take 3 with each meal. I definitely can tell the difference with taking them vs not.
