Article is absolute BS..There is no such thing as a Navy seal that cant find work. Those guys stick together like glue and many of them own defense contracting companies and will only hire former spec op guys. It's basically one of the smallest and most elite brotherhoods on the planet. One of the girls I went to school with father was on Richard Marcinkos team in Vietnam (yes og) and he was a raving alcoholic and decades later team member would still give him well paying job (100k plus).
A better question is who isn't going to give a Seal team member a job (unless it's a field such as a doctor or lawyer)?

So exSeal gets fuked.... yet the #1 terrorist in the world gets "killed" and we dump his body in the ocean without giving proof to the world so that we can "respect" his religion or that there is no chance weirdos go DIG HIM UP, since we're going to give coordinates of where we bury him.
LMFAO at anyone who trusts our govt.

I am sure someone in the military can give some better info, but from what I understand all he needed to do was re-enlist for a non combat position (administrative work, training, etc.) for 4 more years and then he is set. 50% pension for the rest of his life.
Sounds like he got some bad advice and panicked. They should let me join back up, get to 20 yrs and be set. Otherwise they need to provide him with some career services to get him set up with a job. Not just give him paychecks.

This, I fukking Lol in the most cringeworthy way every single time I hear someone speak about OBL and how he died + those who say hes still alive. All he would have to do is release that video (inb4 hurr durr US govt would shut the video down off the entire internet) and America would be the laughing stock of the entire world for frauding.

he can find a job anywhere, he's just being too damn picky. the govt has spent probably well over a million dollars to train him, he just doesnt want to do that type of work anymore. prior to the hiring freeze, i saw plenty of GS jobs supporting CENTCOM and other expeditionary units. in all honestly, he did it to himself. he could have coasted a couple of years and would get a crappy pension. he also picked his job. there's an old saying in the navy: choose your rate, choose your fate. he probably thought the grass was greener on the other side, thinking that there would be book and movie deals lining up for him. now he regrets it and he's mad about his decision

military/govt doesnt get any of it. if so, obama would have gotten it because he "authorized" the shooting. actually, for all we know, maybe that's what really happened.... tbh though, look at how the current administration treats those who help them. the pakistani guy who was basically the informant who told the US govt where OBL was at should have gotten a piece of that pie. instead, the administration left him to rot, as the pakistani authorities punish him for essentially being a sell out.

well phuck i dont know, probably because of the fact that he's one of the top special forces operators in the world, and also because he's does more for this country in one day of his deployment than you will do in your entire life?
not to mention that he lays down his life every single day for our country and he will gladly die for it, just as any Navy SEAL will do without hesitation
